- We accept mobile banking (bKash, Nagad), bank transfers, and cash on delivery where available.
- Orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
- Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

TechZone provides professional CCTV installation services. Our technicians will assess your premises and recommend suitable placements for optimal coverage. Installation timelines may vary based on project complexity and site conditions.
- Site survey is conducted prior to installation to determine equipment requirements.
- Customer must provide necessary access to the premises during installation.
- Any structural modifications required for cabling must be approved by the customer.
5. Warranty and Returns
All CCTV products sold by TechZone carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies by product and is clearly stated on the product page.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
- Installation services carry a 30-day workmanship warranty from the date of completion.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products.
- Custom-configured systems are non-returnable unless faulty.
6. Limitation of Liability
TechZone shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, security breaches, or property damage. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service in question.
